The quality is good, but no subtitles means no subtitles in any language, so if your grasp of French and Wolof isn't good, you may find it hard to follow the film.
I've since discovered a French subtitles file for this film on emule, but that at least means you can follow the film without a knowledge of Wolof (the film made a lot more sense the second time around).
